The principles that govern how we work
These three principles determine the work we accept and the work we decline.
We don't offer system-design consulting to prospective audit clients. This separation closes the most common conflict of interest in the certification industry.
Auditors compile findings; a separate panel decides on certification. No single person holds both roles for one client.
Audit days and cost are calculated before the contract. No additional charges appear once the audit is underway.
