Separation of audit and decision
Auditors do not take part in certification decisions. Decisions are made by a panel not involved in that audit.
No consulting
We do not provide system-development consulting to clients we audit, to avoid conflicts of interest.
Complaints and appeals
Complaints about auditor conduct and appeals against findings or decisions are handled through a separate channel, with a 20-business-day response deadline.
